About Us

We’re not only pushing the envelope—we’re usually inventing it. But our roots also go deep into the old school. T-squares and French curves. Drafting tables, ink, Mylar. It’s the hard-earned precision that comes with good technical training, bleary eyes and natural born artistic talents.

And we consider it our privilege to put this legacy to work for your business, no matter how big or small.

You handle the science. Let us handle the creative.

Clients we have served

We could point to our combined seventy years’ experience in the oil, gas, and mining industries. We could talk about our cartographical training and our cutting edge graphic design talent—and we do just that all over our website. But we believe the key difference comes down to our true commitment to you, the client. We want you to be wowed. We want your presentation to knock people over in their chairs. Bottom line? We want our work to affect your bottom line.

And we’ll do whatever it takes to get it done.

At the helm of our group of artists, geotechs, animators, writers, and web developers is John Perez. From technical design school in Denver to his first recruitment at Champlin Petroleum in 1979, to management for small and large oil companies in Colorado and Texas, John has acquired decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. And early on, he saw the need for dynamic visual communication that would bring together the scientists and the business community. A lot has changed in thirty seven years, but John is still passionate about geoscience and producing the best—

Making other folks look good.

It's kind of fun to do the impossible.

– Walt Disney

We don’t just whip up something that looks cool and send it your way. First we brainstorm and argue over ideas in-house, with your company’s unique niche in mind. We know the oil and gas industry, and we know what fits.

Then we send you sketches. When one
“clicks” with you… we get down to business.

We want you to say: “Yes! That’s us.”
